Order Processing:
Once your purchase is completed, your order will begin to be processed within the next business day. Expect an email within 30 min to let you know your order is on the way!.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option if there was. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
National and International Flat Rate Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nordenatt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at norway@nordenatt.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

- Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the USA can take additional 7-12 biz days.
- EFTA: European Free Trade Association of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
