Cause Partners

Nordenatt prints emblems and cultural symbols of the countries of the world, Antarctica included, on clothing made for people proud of where they come from. Through the Cause Partners program, we collaborate with nonprofit organizations whose work we respect. This page sets out the terms of the program and how an organization may apply.

1. Purpose

To contribute to organizations of public benefit, and to allow our customers to choose the cause they wish to support when they purchase.

2. Program Terms

Contribution US$1 for each T-shirt sold at its regular price to a customer who selects the participating organization.
Eligible sales Sales made without promotion or discount, and not refunded or returned. One cause may be selected per order.
Attribution Each organization receives a unique link and cause code. The code identifies the cause only and does not alter the price.
Payment By PayPal, on the 15th of each month, for the eligible sales of the previous month. The minimum payment is US$30; a lower balance carries over to the following month and is paid at least once every three months.
Reporting A monthly report stating the eligible orders, together with proof of payment.

3. Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a registered nonprofit organization in the United States.
  2. Promotion of the program among the organization's community is welcome, but not required.

4. Participation Process

  1. Application. The organization writes to us with its name, website and a brief description of its work. Every application receives a reply.
  2. Agreement. Both parties sign a one-page letter that records the terms above, with no commitments beyond those stated in it.
  3. Activation. Upon written acceptance, the organization receives its link and cause code.

5. Conditions

  1. Donations depend on sales; no minimum amount is guaranteed.
  2. Nordenatt will not use the name or logo of any organization without its prior written permission. Participation does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
  3. Nordenatt selects the organizations with which it works. Either party may end the agreement at any time by written notice; amounts already earned will be paid.
